4. Delivery Policy

BELLINI & ROSSI LONDON delivers women's clothing throughout the United Kingdom. This policy explains processing and delivery for orders placed at bellinirossi.com.

Order processing
Please allow 1–3 working days for us to check your order and prepare it for dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. This is an estimate. Carrier delays, customs checks, busy periods or an incorrect address may affect delivery.

Dispatch from our suppliers
Many products are sent directly by our suppliers, and some parcels may start their journey outside the United Kingdom. BELLINI & ROSSI LONDON remains responsible for your order and is your contact for delivery questions.

Delivery service and tracking
We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom with Royal Mail and track & trace. We will email your tracking details once your order is dispatched. For parcels sent from overseas, an international shipping partner may handle the journey before Royal Mail completes UK delivery.

Delivery charges
Delivery is free throughout the United Kingdom.

Incorrect delivery details
Please check your full delivery address and postcode before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email info@bellinirossi.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, although we may be unable to change the address once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, email info@bellinirossi.com with your name, order number and the email address used for the order. We will investigate and help resolve the delay. Your statutory rights if goods are not delivered remain unaffected.

Lost or missing parcels
If tracking says your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, check with your household, neighbours and local Royal Mail delivery office. If it is still missing, email info@bellinirossi.com. We remain responsible until the goods reach you or someone you have nominated to receive them; a tracking status alone does not remove your rights.
