Welcome to BELLINI & ROSSI LONDON, a family business established twenty years ago and based in London for the last eight. We sell women's clothing to customers throughout the United Kingdom. These terms apply to bellinirossi.com and purchases through our website. The seller is BELLINI & ROSSI LONDON.
Using our online shop
You must be an adult or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our shop. Do not use our website or products for unlawful purposes.
Product information
We aim to describe our clothing, colours, sizes and other details accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings. Product details and prices may change for future purchases; changes do not alter an existing order or your right to receive goods as described.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£), including applicable taxes. UK delivery is free. If we discover a pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and discuss the options. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any payment in full.
Orders
Please check that the details you provide are complete and accurate. We will send an email confirmation. An acknowledgement of receipt alone does not confirm acceptance if there is a payment, stock or pricing issue or suspected fraud; we will contact you if there is a problem.
Refusing or cancelling an order
We may decline an order for a genuine reason, such as payment failure, unavailable stock, incorrect customer details or suspected fraud. Any cancellation must respect your statutory rights. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the payment in full.
Delivery
We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom with Royal Mail and tracking. Order processing usually takes 1–3 working days, followed by an estimated 3–7 working days for delivery after dispatch. Please read our Delivery Policy for details; estimates do not remove your statutory rights if delivery is delayed or goods are lost.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and our separate voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee does not limit statutory rights, including rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method. Any payment-provider terms applicable to your chosen method will be shown when you pay.

Keep your account, billing and delivery details up to date, including your postcode. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Our responsibility and governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the mandatory consumer protections and rights to use your local courts that apply to you.

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The terms applicable when you placed your order continue to apply to that purchase.
